Inky Paws Challenge #30 - Spring Theme

This month's challenge is a Theme Challenge! 

create a project with a Spring Theme!

Are you ready to get your paws inky with us and play along to win a prize? The Challenge winner will receive a $10 store credit to our online store and a Inky Paws Challenge Top Pick Badge to add to your blog! If we get more than 15 participants, we will choose two winners so be sure to tell your friends to play along! 

You have TWO WEEKS to play along - Deadline to enter is Friday, April 8th, 2015 at Midnight CST. The winners will be announced on the NND blog on Monday, April 11th.

We usually pick our favorite entries for each challenge theme but this month we thought we'd switch things up a bit and pick TWO RANDOM WINNERS - so every entry has an equal chance to win. Just follow the guidelines below to qualify.

• Your project MUST use at least one Newton's Nook Designs stamped image (or free digital stamp - check out our Freebies page).

Kimberly created this beautiful spring sky using our new Beautiful Wings stamp set and Beautiful Wings Die Set!

Awww! I love the fun little bunny in the frame on this card by Samantha! She used our Hello Spring stamp set.

This sweet little wagon card by Yukari is perfect for spring! I love the soft colors she used! The wagon is from the Wagon of Wishes stamp set and the "hello friend" sentiment is from the Versatile Vases stamp set.

Nina-Marie got out her watercolors to do some springy no-line coloring! She used our Hello Spring stamp set. You can check out her blog today for a video too!

This beautiful spring card by Stephanie is so cheerful! She used the new Beautiful Wings stamp set and Beautiful Wings Die Set for the butterflies and our Simply Seasonal stamp set for the sentiment.

And here's one by me - I created a fun little card using the chicks and cracked egg from the new Hello Spring stamp set, mixed with some fun bright pattern papers.

Yuki created a fun kitchen window scene using our new Made from Scratch Stamp set and Made from Scratch Die Set! What an adorable birthday card!

Danielle created this adorable scene using sever NND sets. The kitties are from our Newton's Antics stamp set and the trees are from the Whispering Pines stamp set. She also used the fun "meow" die cut shape from our new Newton Unwinds Die set!

What a beautiful shaker card by Larissa! I love how she used our new Made from Scratch stamp set and Made from Scratch Die Set to create this awesome kitchen themed card!

Our February Guest Designer, Ka Slagoski played along with our Versatile Vases Stamp Set! I love the pop of red on the flowers in the center! So pretty!

Here's one by me (Jen) - I also used the new Made from Scratch Stamp set and Made from Scratch Die Set! I added some images to a watercolored background and added the red gingham bow to add to the kitchen feel!

This adorable one-layered scene was created by Yukari Yoshioka. She used our Newton's Daydream stamp set.

I love the fun way Samantha repeated the words over and over around the flamingos from the Flirty Flamingos stamp set! So fun!

 Danielle created this fun strawberry card using the Sweet Summer stamp set! Love the watercolor mixed with gold foil! 

This card by Jess has so much dimension you can hardly tell it's just one layer! She used the Bunny Hop stamp set and a fun sunburst technique! 

This stunning one layer card is by Kimberly!  I love the look of the gold and black on the Kraft card base. She used the  Falling into Autumn stamp set! So fun!

Lydia got some extra mileage out of some fall themed stamps for this spring card! She used the spooky tree from the Spooky Street Halloween set and the dots from the Falling into Autumn stamp set to created the fun leaves. Then she added the sentiment from the Newton's Daydream stamp set.

Here is a fun and playful one layer card is by Crafty Math-Chick! She even added fur to the koala from the Hanging Around stamp set. I also love the mint green circle she sponged around the words!

Larissa created this fun one-layer scene with lots of creative masking (although she did break the rules a bit by mounting it on another piece of cardstock -lol!)  She combined stamps from Bunny Hop, Versatile Vases, Winter Tails and Newton's Daydream.  What an adorable scene! 

Here was my try at a one-layer card. I stamped the flowers from the Love Grows stamp set and used the "heartfelt" from the Simply Sentimental stamp set. I added a bit of watercolor flicked onto it to add texture!

Congrats to Rita Wright who made this adorable card using or Digital Freebie Bird image! We really loved how she turned the sketch sideways - and her color combo is just so bright and fun!! 

We loved this card by Indy too - It's so cool how she used the Rose and leaves from our Love Grows set to create the circle and flag shape from the sketch!  We also love the coloring on that orange kitty  from the Newton's Daydream set and that she cut it out with those intricate flowers! Great Job!

Inky Paws #10 Challenge - WINNERS! 

Today we are sharing the winners of the latest Inky Paws Challenge! Our Fans here at NND are the BEST! I think every month the challenge entries are better than the one before! This months challenge was to add a texture - Wood, Cork or Metal!

This Winston card by Kelli using Campfire Tails is super fun!  We really liked the ruler added in - for winston to measure how big his fish is! And the little cork behind the sentiment is so fun!  Check out her blog, Time out for Stamps to see more of Kelli's work!

 Annie used all three textures on her card - cork, metal and wood! She stamped Cork kitties, a wooden gift bag and a metal balloon! All using our  Newton's Birthday Bash stamp set! Annie has more fun cards on her blog, Lab Hands!
