Inky Paws Challenge #192 Reminder

Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge! 

Just because by Debbie features A7 Frames & Banners, Loads of Blooms, Tulips, Heartfelt Blooms, Springtime, and Banner Trio by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #springcards, #floralcards, #cardmaking
Debbie Owens' card gives us a sneak peek of spring with the use of the tulip paper from Springtime paper pad and the tulip-laden lady from the Loads of Blooms stamp set. She uses dies from the A7 Frames & Banners, the Framework, and the Banner Trio die sets to create the different layers.  On the banner, she stamps a sentiment from the Heartfelt Blooms stamp set and adds a butterfly from the Tulips stamp set. So fresh and pretty!



Get well soon by Diane features Lovely Blooms, A7 Frames & Banners, Springtime, and Heartfelt Essentials by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #springcards, #cardmaking, #getwellcards
Diane Morales also brings a spring-filled card just right for wishing someone to get well soon.  She uses flowers and the jar from the retiring Lovely Blooms stamp and coordinating die set. She pulls plaid paper from the Springtime paper pad. She uses the A7 Frames & Banners die set, and uses a sentiment from the Heartfelt Essentials stamp set. So beautiful!



Life is better with sprinkles by Amy features Newton's Donut, Love & Chocolate, and A7 Frames & Banners; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #catcards, #donutcards, #cardmaking
Amy Tollner's card will have you zipping to your local doughnut shop for a sweet treat! She makes an A7 card using the  A7 Frames & Banners die set. Then she combines the doughnut paper from the Love & Chocolate paper pad with the kitty with his overly-large treat from the Newton's Donut stamp and coordinating die set.  Don't you love how Amy adds texture to her center panel by lightly stamping sprinkles!  So yummy!



Reading makes ruff days better by Claire features A7 Frames & Banners, All Booked Up, and Banner Trio by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #bookcards, #catcards, #readingcards, #dogcards, #cardmaking
Claire Lamb's card is filled with rainbow colors!  She also creates an A7 card using the A7 Frames & Banners die set. For her center panel, she stamps pawprints and hearts in various colors. For her other panels she uses the puppy and the kitty image from the  All Booked Up stamp and coordinating die set.  Don't they look darling on their pile of books. She places her sentiment on a banner using the Banner Trio die set.  Don't you love the colorfulness!



Kit-tea cat by Crystal features Newton's Mug, Circle Frames, and Coffee House Stories by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #teacards, #catcards, #cardmaking 
Crystal O. Minkler showcases the kitty from the Newton's Mug stamp and coordinating die set.  Check out this video to see the wobble element in action! She adds a heart using the Circle Frames die set.  She coordinates everything by using papers from the Coffee House Stories paper pad.  Too cute!

Ildi wows with her spectacular background!  Love the teal curtains and sliding glass door!  Her sweet kitten from the Newton's Naptime stamp set looks quite content on his pile of pink and red blankets!  Amazingly done!

Mary Reiner combines the Holiday Post and the Llama Delivery stamp sets to create a delightful scene!  Her coloring of her critters looks amazing as is her use of the challenge colors.  A fabulous card that is sure to bring a smile to one's face!



Diane's FAVE
We're the perfect mix by Meghan Kennihan features Tumbling Hearts and Love Quarry by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook, #inkypaws, #cardmaking, #valentinescards
Meghan Kennihan uses the Tumbling Hearts stencil to create a festive background in pinks and red. She adds the cement truck from the Love Quarry stamp and die set. Doesn't it look wonderful in the challenge colors?  This fun Valentine's card is sure to win over some lucky person!



Sue's FAVE
Valerie uses the Tropical Leaves stencil and distresses in shades of pink. She then uses the challenge colors to shade her toucans from the Toucan Party stamp and die set. Using nontraditional colors adds a whimsical touch to these toucans.  Fun and fabulous!



Amy's FAVE

Beverly Sizemore's lovely bouquet using the Lovely Blooms stamp set really wows!  Set upon a quilted background, her red and pink flowers are so bright and colorful. Her pop of teal for the water and twine bow look fantastic!  A wonder way to celebrate a loved one's special day!

Oh Snap! by Meghan features Ginger Snap and Framework by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
All of Meghan's elements add up to a darling holiday card.  She uses the postage-edged die from the Framework die set in red and white polka dots. She adds a shaker element filled with cute candy elements. She adds a brown frame from same die set. She adds the two gingerbread men from the Ginger Snap stamp set. She then adds two banners with the "Oh Snap!" sentiment.  Such cuteness!



Diane's FAVE
Happy Halloween by Bhavya features Newton's Boo-tiful Night by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Bhavya distresses her background in beautiful shades of blues which sets the scene for her kitty in his pumpkin patch. This cute tabby is from the Newton's Boo-tiful Night stamp and die set. She scatters stars throughout and her skinny banners with "Happy Halloween" stamped on one of them. A vibrant Halloween card!


Sue's FAVE
Hey there, Pumpkin by Claire features Newton's Boo-tiful Night and Clouds by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Claire L. uses the Clouds stencil to create a spooky, yet pretty, sky setting. Flying through these clouds is a black kitty witch from the Newton's Boo-tiful Night stamp and die set.  She adds her banners with the sentiment embossed in white on the black one. A spook-tacular card!



Becky's FAVE
Special delivery by Anushree features Gingham and Llama Delivery by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Anushree uses an orange and pink palette to celebrate the upcoming holidays. Using the 
Gingham stencil, she designs the background. She then adds the gift-laden llama from the  Llama Delivery stamp and die set and colors him wonderfully. She sets the llama on a delicate snowflake. Then she adds her banners. A fun, festive way to use nontraditional colors. 



Crystal's FAVE
Mother by Amy T. features Lovely Blooms and Frames & Flags by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Amy T. distresses a brilliant blue background splattered with white paint. She die cuts it using the scallop-edged frame from the Frames & Flags stamp set. She then uses the jar and flowers from the Lovely Blooms and die set. Her flowers are so prettily colored. She finishes with banners cut from the Frames & Flags stamp set and adds the sentiment. Gorgeous!

Just because by Becky features Lovely Blooms and Little Lilies by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Becky Noelle's card features a plethora of hydrangea flowers from the Lovely Blooms stamp set that she lovingly stamps, colors, and cuts. She layers her flowers atop her leaves and ties the stems with twine and adds a little note with a sentiment from the Little Lilies stamp set.  A true labor of love that is magnificent!


Thanks a bunch by Debbie features Dainty Daisies, Framework, and Gingham by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Debbie Owens uses cream, pink, and shades of black to create a pretty card showcasing the Dainty Daisies stamp. She places her flowers on a Swiss polka dot embossed pink layer die cut using the scallop-edged die from the Framework die set. She places her layers on a black gingham background using the Gingham stencil.  She heat embosses the sentiment in pale pink and adds a twine bow. A very sweet card!

You matter a whole bunch to me by Diane features Blooming Botanicals, Easter Lily, Frames & Flags, Framwork by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Diane Morales brings us a bright, brilliant card!  Beginning with a royal blue card based die cut using the Framework die set, she heat embosses using the Blooming Botanicals stamp set. This beautiful setting adds a fabulous texture for her orange lilies from the Easter Lily stamp and die set. She stamps the sentiment from the Blooming Botanicals stamp set on a banner die cut using the Frames & Flags die set. A bright, refreshing card!



Enjoy the little moments in life by Crystal features Garden Mice by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Crystal Komara's bright, whimsical card showcases a three playful mice from the Garden Mice stamp and die set on a slim card with a royal blue backdrop. Her blue flowers and mushroom are darling with the gingham in the oval windows. She grounds everything with some rolling grassy hills. Delightful!



Many thanks by Sue features Sunscape, Sunflower Days, Thankful Thoughts, and Frames & Flags by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Sue T.'s card is sunny all over!  Beginning with the sun rays created using the Sunscape stencil, Sue continues with the pretty sunflowers Sunflower Days stamp and die set. She adds the sentiment from the Thankful Thoughts stamp set on the banner from Frames & Flags die set.

If you love daisies, then Becky Noelle's card will delight your heart!  Becky stamps and carefully fussy cuts several bouquets of daisies from the Dainty Daisies stamp set. She adds them to a wood grain card base. For a touch of elegance she adds half a doily which she adheres with black zigzag stitching. Her white embossed sentiment on the black banner die cut using a die from the Frames & Flags die set adds a nice dramatic touch.


It's a good day to have a good day by Crystal features Easter Lily and Woodland Picnic by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
With the vibrant fuchsia and orange color scheme, Crystal Komara's card is sure to make someone's day good!  She adds the colorful flowers from the Easter Lily stamp and die set on top of a stenciled background and adds her sentiment from the Woodland Picnic stamp set on the top banner. A dark fuchsia ribbons ties it all together for a stunning card!

Let your dreams blossom by Debbie features Dainty Daisies and Gingham by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Debbie Owens combines the warmth of black and white gingham with the charm of orange daisies. Using the Gingham stencil, she partially distresses the bottom third of her card in black. She then pops her orange daisies from the Dainty Daisies stamp set with foam tape and adds a jute bow.  Stamping the sentiment in black and adding some enameled black dots balances out her sweet, CAS card.


Hello by Diane features Lovely Blooms and Newton's BIrdhouse by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Diane Morales lovely card begins with dark fuchsia flower blooms stamped repeatedly atop a fuchsia card stock. She adds a trio of the same flowers from the Lovely Blooms stamp and die set atop a white center panel with several leafy stems alternating between. She embosses the sentiment from the Newton's Birdhouse stamp set in white which really pops against the fuchsia!  A darling way to say hello!

Friends are flowers in the garden of life by Sue features Garden Mice and Blooming Botanicals by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Sue T. creates a floral paradise for here darling mouse to enjoy!  Using the Blooming Botanicals stamp set, she colors her blooms in shades of oranges and yellows. She then adds her sweet visitor from the Garden Mice stamp and die set with it's orange daisy. For her sentiment, she uses the circular dies from the Frames Squared die set and stamps the perfect friendship sentiment on it.

Enigma Artist  creates this delightful spring card with an Easter theme. She creates several layers using pastel papers as well as a fun floral pattern paper. In her center oval, she creates a soft sky and grassy background on which the spring critters from the  Spring Pile Up stamp and die set are having some fun!  Love how she made the sweet lamb look fluffy!

Sue's FAVE
Some bunny loves you by Meghan features Bitty Bunnies by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Meghan brings us this pretty in pink bunny card!  Using a stencil , she intermittently inks her background. She then adds her little white bunny from the Bitty Bunnies stamp and die set and adds a pink fluffy tail on her. She adds pink jewels and sequins to add bling!  This is such a happy card with all the pinks!

Becky's FAVE
Nancy's clean and crisp card is a fabulous way to welcome spring.  Using the pointillism technique, she colors the sweet lamb from the  Woodland Spring stamp and die set in shades of gray. She frames the lamb by stamping the sentiment over his head and adds the floral spray below.  Shes a few clear jewels to balance out the card!  So sweet and precious!



Bobbi's FAVE
Hello by Vicki features My Type by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Vicki  creatively designs this spring card around a typewriter!  Using a fun green and white polka dotted background, she adds a water colored layer in soft pastels. She then adds the typewriter ( My Type stamp and die set) with the hello sentiment "typed" on the paper.  She tucks the typewriter in around all the fresh spring flowers. So creative and fun!

You matter a whole bunch to me by Danni features Blooming Botanicals by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Danni brings us the all the bright colors of spring!  Using the Blooming Botanicals stamp set, Danni wonderfully shades the flowers in a plethora of fun, fresh colors. She stamps the sentiment on a banner and then adds dimension to her card by stamping and fussy cutting additional flowers from the stamp set and adding dimensional tape. Such a beautiful garden on a card!

Happy Birthday by Donna features Lovely Blooms and Birthday Essentials by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Donna brings us this gorgeous spring card with her stunning color scheme. She adds a black and white striped layer to her background and then stamps the floral images from the Lovely Blooms stamp set in a pretty teals and lavenders.  The placement of her flowers and leaves frames the sentiment from the Birthday Essentials stamp set. She adds some splatters and enamel dots to finish this lovely card.

She cuts a circle in it and adds a rainy background.  For her main attraction, she adds the little girl from the Loads of Bloom stamp and die set. She adds a strip of floral pattern paper and a splattering of flowers and enamel dots. Such a wonderful, spring card!

Becky Noelle's begins by using Kraft card stock and a strip of white paper in which she adds a trio of bouquets from the Lovely Blooms stamp set look wonderful in their glass jars. She adds a happy birthday sentiment from the Simply Sentimental stamp set. As a final touch, she adds jute twine bows.  What amazing spring inspiration!

 Bobbi Lemanski used distressed inks and splotched water on it to created her watery sky. She adds her little girl in her yellow raincoat from the Loads of Bloom stamp and die set. She adds a little blue bird from the Raccoon Rascals stamp set and sprinkles some flowers on the ground. Wonderful spring card!

Rain or shine by Debbie features Sending Hugs, Umbrella Pals, Love Owl-Ways, Wagon of Wishes, Newton's Rainy Day, Frames & Flags, and Sky Borders by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Debbie Owens creates a fun slider card!  She begins with a polka-dotted foil background and adds a layer of clouds using the Sky Borders die. She uses the Frames & Flags die set to create the scalloped edges. She adds the sliding owl from the Love Owl-Ways stamp set and adds the froggy umbrella from the Umbrella Pals stamp set. She adds the kitten from the Sending Hugs stamp and die set who is also holding a froggy umbrella. Using the banner from  Frames & Flags die, she creates a banner and adds a sentiment from the Newton's Rainy Day stamp set. For an added touch of spring, she adds potted flowers from the Wagon of Wishes stamp set.


Sending Piles of Spring Time Smiles by Diane features Spring Pile Up, Bokeh, and Sea Borders by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
Diane Morales created these delightful bookmarks by distressing the background using the Bokeh stencil. She adds her grass using the Sea Borders die. For her main attraction, she colors the spring critters from the Spring Pile Up stamp and die set.  She then adds her fun tassels! Such a fabulous way to hold one's place in a book!
