Here'a a refresher of the challenge - Tropical!

Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge! 

Debbie Owens creates a tropical background with copper accents to showcase the pineapple from Pineapple Delight.

Emily Lauritzen creates this gorgeous background using NND's new tropical leaves stencil.  This creates a purr-fect background for Aloha Newton!

Andrea Shell creates a wonderfully clean and crisp tropical scene featuring Newton's Summer Vacation. That amazing lei was created using leaves from Love Grows.

Grab your scuba gear for Diane Morales underwater paradise featuring Tranquil Tides!  Just love those bright colors!

Zsofia Molnar playful card not only captures the fun of a tropical setting but uses so many Newton images!  Those cute kittens are from Newton's Summer Vacation and Aloha Newton.

Inky Paws #30 Favorites

This rose card by Shannon caught our eye - the watercolors are just so yummy!  She used the lovely flowers from the Love Grows stamp set! 

We loved this spring card with the bunny holding both tulips and an umbrella by Mary Gable! She used the image of Lily, our bunny, from the Hello Spring stamp set! 

We really loved how Mindy Baxter colored the rolling pin and spoon to have such a cool woodgrain texture! She used our Made From Scratch stamp set!

I love the pretty floral card by Lydia! She stamped the flowers from our Fanciful Florals stamp set in the coral, peach, and mint inks and added in the words from the Simply Sentimental stamp set!

Here's some fun inspiration from Samantha! I love how she used the colors to create a fun background and then added black and white roses using the Love Grows stamp set. 

  This card by Yuki also uses the bold flowers from our Fanciful Florals stamp set in the coral with minty colored leaves! I love the added sparkle with the silver letters too! She also used the "for everything" words from the Simply Sentimental stamp set!

Here's an adorable one layer card by Danielle! She used our Flirty Flamingos stamp set, coloring flamingos in shades of coral on a minty background! 

This lovely card by Jess uses our blooms from our Fanciful Florals stamp set in a fun bright bold design! 

This lovely card by Larissa uses our our lovely Beautiful Blossoms stamp set. Love all those pretty layers!

And here's one more card using Fanciful Florals by me - I tried to do color fade from the coral to the mint.  I'm not the best with color blending yet but I think it turned out ok - sort of a "dip died" type of look.

This adorable one-layered scene was created by Yukari Yoshioka. She used our Newton's Daydream stamp set.

I love the fun way Samantha repeated the words over and over around the flamingos from the Flirty Flamingos stamp set! So fun!

 Danielle created this fun strawberry card using the Sweet Summer stamp set! Love the watercolor mixed with gold foil! 

This card by Jess has so much dimension you can hardly tell it's just one layer! She used the Bunny Hop stamp set and a fun sunburst technique! 

This stunning one layer card is by Kimberly!  I love the look of the gold and black on the Kraft card base. She used the  Falling into Autumn stamp set! So fun!

Lydia got some extra mileage out of some fall themed stamps for this spring card! She used the spooky tree from the Spooky Street Halloween set and the dots from the Falling into Autumn stamp set to created the fun leaves. Then she added the sentiment from the Newton's Daydream stamp set.

Here is a fun and playful one layer card is by Crafty Math-Chick! She even added fur to the koala from the Hanging Around stamp set. I also love the mint green circle she sponged around the words!

Larissa created this fun one-layer scene with lots of creative masking (although she did break the rules a bit by mounting it on another piece of cardstock -lol!)  She combined stamps from Bunny Hop, Versatile Vases, Winter Tails and Newton's Daydream.  What an adorable scene! 

Here was my try at a one-layer card. I stamped the flowers from the Love Grows stamp set and used the "heartfelt" from the Simply Sentimental stamp set. I added a bit of watercolor flicked onto it to add texture!

This adorable card by Sally is our first top pick! She caught our eye with this image of the two kitties in love from our Newton Dreams of Paris stamp set! This card by Anja is our other top pick! We really love how she used the kitty from Newton's Birthday Bash and changed his balloon into a heart!  Plus the layering of all the hearts behind him is so beautiful! You can see more at her blog, Scrappietoo

Inky Paws #17 Favorites

Since there were so many beautiful heart cards, we chose THREE more as our favorite picks! If you see your card below, contact us if you'd like to get a "favorite" badge for your blog!

We really loved this adorable card by Heidi! We loved how she mixed the "love you" & "mom" from our Love Grows stamp set with the sweet little penguin pair from the Wild Child stamp set! What a fun pairing! We also loved the watercolor in the heart - so pretty! 

The next two favorites are both awesome clean and simple cards and use our raccoon image - We couldn't decide which we liked better since they were so lovely - so we picked both!

We really loved this Clean and Simple card by Karen using the cute raccoon from the Sweetheart Tails stamp set. The clean style is so striking - and the subtle hearts on the grey stripe are a fun detail! 

Here's another Clean and Simple card by Lynn - also using the raccoon from the Sweetheart Tails stamp set.  We loved the contrast of the bright red against the white - and the cute little hearts in the background are so fun!
