Inky Paws Challenge #253 Week 4

There's one more week to

celebrate friends!

To create her design, Kelly uses the Basic Frames die set to create the stitched panel for her sentiment from the Happy 4th clear stamp set. She also uses the Circle Frames die set for her vellum panel. So bright and festive!
