Here's some inspiration.  

We have a treat for you this week. The IPC design team uses the current sketch with 5 totally different themes. So no matter what season or holiday you are in the mood for, this sketch will be a great layout to inspire you!

Debbie Owens puts a twist on the sketch by making a horizontal card. Deb seems to have skipped a couple seasons with this darling fall card featuring a trio of pups from the Pumpkin Tails stamp set with papers from the Autumn Woofs and Autumn Basics paper pads. The horizontal format works great with longer images!

Kelly Santi is gearing up for Easter with her sweet card showcasing the newly released Springtime Bunnies stamp and coordinating die set with papers from the Happy Easter paper pack. To create her layers, she uses the Circle Frames and Basic Frames die sets. Such a darling card!

Amy Tollner is  feeling lucky with this fun St. Patty's Day card featuring the puppy from the Lucky Dog stamp and coordinating die set with fun papers from the A Dog's Life paper pad. Love the yellow and greens together!

Claire Lamb creates the sweetest kitty card featuring theNewton's Cookie Jar stamp and coordinating die set with papers from the  A Dog's Life paper pad. She uses the  Circle Frames  die set for her sentiment. Don't those cookies look yummy!

Danni Bindel creates a fun, festive birthday card using a sentiment from the Uplifting Wishes stamp set as her focal point. She uses a trio of papers from the Birthday Party paper pad as well as the  Circle Frames die set. Love the brightness of this b-day card!

Here's some inspiration.  

Can you believe we are over half way through October?  Time is definitely flying!  Have you started your Christmas cards yet?  Our challenge colors are perfect to get you motivated to get your stash started!  Already finished those holiday cards?  Then how about using the colors to build your birthday stash? Let's see what the IPC team whipped up!

Amy Tollner features the argyle paper from the Meowy Christmas paper pad and uses the A2 Card Layout die to create her panels. She then adds not 1, not 2, not  3, but 5!, cocktails from the Christmas Cocktails stamp and coordinating die set. What holiday spirit! Cheers!

Claire Lamb creates this classic holiday card featuring the canine duo from the Wreath Pups stamp and coordinating die set. To design her card, she uses the Basic Frames die set with the polka dotted paper from the Christmas Basics paper pad. So much puppy cuteness!

Danni Bindel builds her birthday stash using papers from the Birthday Time paper pad with the Card Layout 4 die. She then uses the Circle Frames die set to create her center panels and adds a birthday sentiment from the Uplifting Wishes stamp set. Happy birthday to you!

Debbie Owens creates a snowy background in Pink using the Snowflake stencil. She then adds the darling tree-trimming felines from the Newton's Christmas Tree stamp set. She then embosses a sentiment from the Snowflake Oval. So much furry cuteness!

Create a project using the colors:

Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge! 

Sue T. designs this bright, cheerful filled with flowery happiness!  She stamps her birthday sentiment from the Uplifting Wishes stamp set on her subtly embossed card base then die cuts a semi-circle out using the scallop-edged die from the Circle Frames die set. On the inside of the card, she has strategically stamped and colored the image from the Floral Roundabout stamp set in yellows and purples with a splash of green foliage.  She ties everything together with the mouse holding his giant daisy from the Garden Mice stamp and die set.  Doesn't he look adorable with all those gorgeous flowers behind him?  Fabulous job, Sue!

Amy Tollner showcases a trio of bunnies in her sweet Easter Card. Uses a combination of dies from the Slimline Frames & Portholes and the Slimline Frames & Windows die sets to created her layered card base.  Her use of the glittery green card stock adds a perfect amount of shimmer!  Adding some purple splatters for added texture, she adds two bunnies from the Bitty Bunnies stamp and die set and adds little purple flowers taken from the Woodland Spring stamp and die set.  Her third bunny in his sweet lavender watering can is from the Hop Into Spring stamp and die set. She uses the ticket die from the Framework die set to stamp her sentiment. She distresses it in lavender for an added pop of color!  Delightful!

Claire Lamb uses the newly released Slimline Masking Circles and Squares stencil set to make this delicious and refreshing card. She uses the ombre technique in purple for her trio of squares and adds white splattering for added texture.  She then adds a pair of lemons from the Lemon Twist stamp and cuts using the coordinating die set.  She sprinkles in some zest and some white flowers to complete this fabulously designed card!

 Debbie Owens goes for total cuteness with her card. She uses the Frames Squared dies set for her card base and scalloped layer.  She then colors the rain boots purple and adds little white dot to them. This image is from the Newton's Rain Boots stamp set.  She adds the little frog from the Newton's Rainy Day stamp set for a bit more cuteness!

You can almost smell the coffee after looking at Diane Morales card filled to the brim with coffee goodness!  She begins using the Mugs stencil. She uses a distress oxide ink over her purple background. She continues by stamping the sentiment from the Love Cafe stamp on a white circle and filling the heart in with lavender.  She then adds the duo of mugs shaded in the challenge colors and cut using the coordinating die set.  The coffee beans to the side of the mugs adds a fun touch!

Sue T. uses the newly released Slimline Masking Circles and Squares stencil set and the Clouds stencil to create two panels of beautiful lavender clouds.  A beautiful backdrop for her fresh yellow daisies from the 

Dainty Daisies stamp and die cut using the coordinating die.  She pulls the sentiment from the Floral Roundabout stamp set.

Sparkly bunnies in the background provides the perfect backdrop for this trio of bunnies in their colorful envelopes!  Amy T. begins this darling card using just one layer of the Bunny Tails stencil with glitter paste! Using the scallop-edge frame from the Slimline Frames & Portholes die, she cuts her shimmery, bunny backdrop and adheres to a lavender card base.  She then stamps the bunnies from the Hare Mail mini stamp set and cuts using the coordinating die.  She colors each envelope in one of the challenge colors while leaving the bunnies white.  Once adhered, she adds the punny sentiment. Cuteness times three!

Claire Lamb uses the Circle Frames die set to create a fabulous crescent moon and shadow that works perfectly with the newly released Baa stamp and die set.  On her moon, she subtly adds some craters using the Bubbly stencil and lightly distressing.  How clever!  She adds some clouds, also lightly distressed, for her darling lambs.  Her fun coloring of the lambs makes them look super fluffy.  A few scattered, white stars finishes her scene.  The sentiment pulls her sleepy scene together for a wonderfully designed card!

 Debbie Owens' trio will having you singing in the rain!  She begins her CAS card using texture paste with the Raindrops stencil to create subtle raindrops in the background.  She then stamps and fussy cuts the trio of kittens from the Newton's Rainy Trio stamp set and uses colored pencils to color their rain jackets and boots in the challenge colors.  Glossy Accent was added to the boots and umbrellas.  A bright, cheerful card to sing in the new season!

Diane Morales utilizes the Frames Squared die set to create her card filled with Easter cheer. She uses a lavender card based and the Basketweave stencil to distress the basket design. Shen then die cuts the center using the Heart Frames die set and pops it up with some dimensional foam.  She creates the Easter scene using the Land Borders die set for the lime green grass and the bunny from the newly released Hoppy Greetings stamp set. She cuts the image using the coordinating die set. She pulls one of the fun sentiments from the set to place on the sign. A fabulous design to send Easter wishes!

Need a  a lovely way to send a heart-filled thank you card? Then Crystal Komera's beautifully designed card is for you!  Beginning with pattern paper with tiny little red hearts, she adds a red, scallop-edged frame using the Frames & Flags die set. Notice those subtle hearts on the red. {swoon} Adding a large white heart, Crystal stamps little red hearts and the sentiment from the Peony Blooms stamp. For her finale, she adds her beautifully colored flowers from the Peony Blooms stamp and die set.  

Super CAS and super cute is the direction Debbie Owens interprets this challenge. Using a silver foil striped paper, Debbie cuts the heart shape using the Darling Hearts die set. She then cuts several sentiments and layers them to add dimension. She then stamps the furry feline from the Purr-fect Present stamp set and colors her like a Siamese.  For the gift box, she colors in silver and pinks.  She adds a few sequins to add some pink accents. Darling!

Diane Morales uses hearts in a very creative way!  Using the Sunscape stencil, Diane uses yellow inks to create the sun rays. She then goes back and stamps little hearts from the It's a Plan stamp set in the rays!  I know, so fun!  She adds some light blue water using the Sea Borders die set. She adds the seagulls on the pier posts from the Gull Friends stamp and die set. For her two-colored sentiment, she uses letters from the Essential Alphabet die set.  To make this into a square card, Diane uses the Frames Squared die set. So cute!

Take off for a little bit of love!  Sue T. creates this darling card featuring this adorable pilot from the Winston Takes Flight stamp set. Her pink and red plane with the added polka-dotted heart is just too cute.  Then there's the exhaust---pink hearts--made by a bit of masking and the Tumbling Hearts stencil.  She adds the perfect sentiment from the Uplifting Wishes stamp set. She frames all of this on a dark pink scallop-edged frame using the Frames & Flags die set. Seriously cute!

 Looks like Becky Noelle has been practicing her typing skills!  Look at her very long page of

 Xs & Os!  That sweet, vintage, pink typewriter is from  the My Type stamp set

 and all those rows of hearts are from the Happy Little Thoughts stamp set. Becky places her typewriter on a little doily and stamps the sentiment on it.  If you look closely, her background has lots of typewritten words!

 Bobbi Lemanski chose IPC#47 for her favorite color challenge.  She created an amazing background in the challenge colors then stamped and die cut the cocktails from the Cocktail Mixer stamp and die set. using the same colors. She popped the images up using dimensional tape. Using sentiments from the Birthday Essentials stamp set, she completes this festive birthday card!

IPC#4 Sketch

Debbie Owens chose sketch IPC#4 in honor of the first time she participated in an Inky Paws Challenge!  For her card, she used the Seashell stencil with distress ink and matte texture paste.  She die cuts using the Land Border die set.  For her middle stripe, she blends shades of blue and and cuts using the Sea Borders die set. She layers to create a river between the seashore and die cuts using the rounded-edge die from the Framework die set.  She adds the goat from the Floaty Goat stamp set and stamps the sentiment from the Newton's Summer Vacation stamp set.

Diane Morales chose IPC#27--Kraft Paper and Sparkle--because it was her very 1st Inky Paw Challenge. To begin her card, she used the scalloped-edged die from the Framework to create her base. She embosses the panel in gold using the flower image the Newton's New Year stamp set. She then cuts out the balloon shape using the Balloon Shaker die. She embosses the sentiment from the Uplifting Wishes stamp set and places it behind her kraft panel using dimensional tape. She then colors and the kitty from the Newton's New Year stamp and die cuts it using the coordinating die.

Sue T. chose the IPC#15--Add a Little Sparkle--as her favorite theme challenge.  She lightly blends a portion of her base, then adds her calico kitty from Newton Cleans Up stamp and die.  This little feline has been having too much fun with the glitter which Sue cleverly adds to her card base.  Adding the "Oops" sentiment from the Naughty Newton stamp set pulls this clever card together!

Becky Noelle selected IPC#33--Ombre'--as her favorite past challenge. She creates her ombre' effect using the Tropical Leaves stencil on a dark gray card base. She then uses the "Smile" sentiment from the Uplifting Wishes stamp set. She spatters some white to pull this amazing card together!
