Diane Morales creates a mini slimline card measuring 3 3/4"x6 3/4" that showcases the 

Holiday Post stamp and die set purr-fectly! She then adds circles using the Circle Frames die set which includes the sentiment and snowflakes. The striped, colorful paper coordinates wonderfully with Diane's coloring!  

Sue T.'s card is oozing cuteness with her rainbow-colored paper and assortment of mice! The white scallop-edged frame was die cut using the Frames & Flags die set.  Those sweet mice in their long caps are from the Naughty or Mice stamp and die set.  She adds the Noel sentiment from the Sentiments of the Season stamp set on one of the sketch circles.  The metallic bow is a perfect shiny touch!

Becky Noelle uses the ornament images from the Beautiful Baubles stamp and die set to represent the circles in the sketch!  How creative!  She die cuts pine branches in white using the Pines & Holly die set adding beautiful texture behind the ornaments.  She adds a brick embossed panel in light pink. Her sentiment is from the Poinsettia Blooms stamp. Gorgeous!

In bright, brilliant colors, Crystal Komara creates a darling card featuring the Caroling Newton stamp and die set. Those kitties are just so sweet in their red and pink outerwear with the lime green papers in the background. She adds big circles and adds the sentiment from the Caroling Newton and the Sentiments of the Season stamp sets. The lime green twine ties it all up so nicely!

 Debbie Owens brings a fun snowy scene. She uses the Snowfall stencil and paint to create a subtle snowy background. Her vertical stripe is a laminated pouch filled with glitter atop a dark blue foil which creates the illusion of falling snow.  The backdrop is die cut using the postage-edged die from the Framework die set. She adds the trio of felines from the newly released Newton's Snowman stamp set. She adds a speech bubble for the sentiment die cut using the Speech Bubbles die set. She finishes up with some silver snowflakes and some gems.  Darling!

Diane Morales splashes Distress Ink colors to create her tag background. She then uses the Newton's Curious Christmas stamp and die set and colors the snowman's scarf and hat in lime green and teal. The little pop of red on the bird provides a nice pop of color.  Using a sentiment from the Snow Globe Scenes stamp set, she stamps it in black. Her final touches of sequin snowflakes and twine add some texture and shine!

Sue T. lets the bold sentiment from the Ornamental Wishes stamp set take center stage. For her background, she uses the challenge colors withe the  Holiday Foliage stencil. She adds blue snowflakes using a small stamp from the Winter Memories stamp set. She creates the scallop-edged frame using the Frames and Flags die set. Sue adds some silver dots and twine to finish her elegant card. 

 Becky Noelle hand draws a branch on which she adds her gorgeous ornaments. Using the Beautiful Baubles stamp and die set, Becky embosses the ornaments in silver. She then paints the ornaments using water color pens. She adds silver thread to "hang" them from the tree. She then stamps the sentiment from the Sentiments of the Season stamp set to finish her card. 

Bobbi Lemanski creates two playful tags with snowboarding moose!  Using silvery glitter paste with the Petite Snow stencil, Bobbi adds a background of snowfall. Using the Evergreen stencils, she adds to her background. She colors the moose from the Mouse Mountain stamp and die set in the challenge colors and adds her sentiments using the Speech Bubbles die set. 

Do you have your shopping done!  Well, Debbie Owens lady looks like she does!  Using the package-laden image from the Christmas Haul stamp set, Debbie colors her in the challenge colors and places her on a teal-foil frame using the Cameo Frame die set. She then colors the Holiday Fringe stamp set and cuts it into fourths. Cutting a white, scallop-edged frame using the Frames and Flags die set, she adds the Holiday Fringe pieces to each corner. She adds silver ribbon which mimics ribbon on a package.  She adds the cameo-framed image in the center. of the ribbon!  Fun & festive!

Inky Paws Challenge #111 Winners

She continues with red, gold, and green layers which frames her sweet kitty from the Purr-fect Present stamp and die set. She tops everything off with a red and green ribbon!

Debbie's FAVE

Amy T.'s glittery paw prints on teal just stole my heart! She uses the Pawprints stencil to create those glittery prints. Using a combination of dies from the Frames Squared set and the Frames & Flags set, Amy creates her layers. Her focal point is that darling puppy from the Canine Christmas stamp set. She adds glitter to his hat and glossy accents to the puppy's nose and dog tag! 


Diane's FAVE

Great colors make Angie's card a top pick!  Using a subtle plaid background of ivory and black, she adds a gingham pattern banner in red and black. She then stamps the ornaments from the Beautiful Baubles stamp set and shades them in the rich garnet and black colors. She stamps her holiday sentiment and adds a sprinkling of sequins for a bit of bling!  Gorgeous!

Sue's FAVE

KT Kitty's mix of papers and textures makes this such a fun, festive holiday card!  For her spotlight element, she uses the kitty from the Newton's Candy Cane stamp and die set. She shades the kitty's scarf in light blue and the candy cane in red and white. She continues this color scheme throughout her card. The little red snowflakes make for a wonderful embellishment. She adds a mini tag on which she stamps the "Naughty or nice?" sentiment from the Newton's Curious Christmas stamp set and ties a red & white twine bow as a final touch. 


Becky's FAVE

Amanda's color scheme and use of plaid and pattern papers makes this such a sweet card.  Amanda die cuts her red plaid paper using the Framework die set. She continues to add her layers using a green plaid banner and a faux crossed-stitched paper. The sweet deer from the Festive Fawn stamp and die set is the perfect choice with it's green wreath and red ribbon.


Bobbi's FAVE

Vicki Lynn creates a peppermint candy masterpiece! She begins with a red and white striped paper.  She adds a scalloped-edge white frame and red rectangle center. She adds a horizontal layer of peppermint candies using the candy image from Newton's Candy Cane stamp and die set. She then adds the festive feline from the same set and colors him in light browns.  She adds the sentiment in a speech bubble as her final touch!

Inky Paws Challenge #85 Reminder

 Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge! 

Here'a a refresher.

Create a project using the colors: red, white, green, and black. 

Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge! 

Sue T. shows the power of repeatedly stamp an image. For this festive card, she uses the Festive Forest stamp set and stamps the swirly trees in red and green. She adds stars at the top of each tree. Her focus is the center tree with this fabulous sentiment.

Becky Noelle is decking the halls with this holly and berry delight. She creates an inlaid die background using the Pines and Holly die set. She then adds the black stripe to ground the white embossed sentiment from the Ornamental Wishes stamp set. 

Debbie Owens uses the challenge colors for a fun birthday card. She cuts the black embossed background using the Framework die set and cuts a circular window. She adds some vellum waves using the Sea Borders die set. She colors all those sharks from the Shark Frenzy stamp set in shades of gray and adds a birthday hat (Newton Loves Cake stamp set) to the hammerhead. She adds a diagonal stripe with the sentiment and adds a bit of twine and sequins.

Diane Morales makes these fabulous tags to add to her darling holiday packages. She creates the round tag by using the Tags Times Two die set and partially stamps an image from the Santa Paws Newton stamp set. She the rectangular-shaped card, she again uses the Tags Time Two die set, but for this card she adds some texture using the Serene Stripes stencil. She pulls images from the Santa Paws Newton stamp set and adds a sentiment banner.  Her final tag, Diane uses the Festive Forest stamp set and fussy cuts them out and adds the North Pole. She attaches it to her darling box which she stamped and colored using the Santa Paws Newton set.

Emily Lauritzen uses the Petite Snow stencil to create her subtle background and dies cuts with the Frames & Flags die. She adheres it to a black background. She then creates the festive wreath using the Pines & Holly die set.  She adds an ornament from the Beautiful Baubles stamp set. She then embosses the sentiment from Sentiments of the Season on vellum.  So lovely!

Inky Paws Challenge #83 Reminder

 Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge!

Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge! 

Diane Morales creates this cheerful Halloween card by repeatedly stamping the candy corns from the Candy Corn stamp set. She stamps the sentiment (which is so fun) on a circle and attaches to the stripe that she creates using the Sky Borders die.

Emily Lauritzen gives us this Christmas beauty by water coloring the blue background which she cuts using the Framework die set. She attaches it to the silver glitter paper which she die cut from the Frames & Flags die set. Her  ornaments which she water colors spectacularly are from the Beautiful Baubles stamp set. She cuts her waving stripe using the Land Borders die set and uses a sentiment from the Sentiments of the Season stamp set.

Sue T. brings us yet another striking Halloween card!  She uses a combination of fun pattern papers to create her background and stripe. She then incorporates a crescent-shaped moon as part of the sketch's circle.  With Newton hanging off his broom from Newton's Boo-tiful Night stamp set and the die cut sentiment from the Halloween Trio die set, this is such a delightful card!

Becky Noelle used The Snow Globe Scenes and Sentiments of the Season stamp sets and the Starfield Stencil. I masked off my sky area and inked it up with Distress Oxides before stenciling the stars with texture paste, I sprinkled some glitter on top of the texture paste before it dried to make it sparkly and my little scene inside the circle is a shaker!

Debbie Owens whips up her card by using cooking/baking themed papers. She cuts the background using the Framework die set. She then selects an assortment of kitty images from the Made from Scratch, Newton's Kitchen, and the Newton's Thanksgiving stamp sets to show the steps of making a pie--stir, knead, roll, and enjoy!  She adds a bit of twine for a finishing touch!

Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge! 

Emily Lauritzen brings us a classy and elegant card using the Holiday Foliage Stencil!  I just love the white embossing against the black background combined with the Pines and Holly dies.  Emily adds the festive sentiment Sentiments of the Season Stamp Set to finish her beautiful card.

Andrea Shell's card brings us some country charm using Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set . I love the different papers she combines with the touch of twine.  Then there is her fantastic coloring!  A purr-fect blend of caffeine and cuteness!

  Diane Morales showcases the Toucan Party Stamp Set with this bright, colorful card!  The stamped branches make for such a fun background for those amazingly colored birds!  Fabulous take on the sketch!

Zsofia Molnar offers us two takes on the same design using the Beautiful Baubles Stamp Set!  I love the different color combination she uses and how she coordinates the tags!  So, so festive!

Debbie Owens inspires us with an interactive slide card using the Winter Tails Stamp Set. Can't you just imagine Winston rolling his snowball down the hill? Such a fun take on this week's sketch!

Here's some inspiration!

Several of our Design Team Members decided to play along - check out all the awesome cards they created, inspired by this fun, festive color palette ! Read the description below each card to see who made it.

This sweet winter card by Yukari features our bunny, Lily, dressed in a Christmas colored sweater from the Sweater Weather Stamp set! She used the color combo on the sweater, leaving the bunny white and added a bunch of fun mittens in the background too! The "Season of Joy" sentiment is from the Beautiful Baubles stamp set. 

Samantha used the fun color combo on this card featuring Winston driving his car full of gifts from the Winston's Home for Christmas stamp set. She used the red and green on the car, gift and trees and added the teal as a watercolor background on white paper! 

Kimberly created this adorable card by embossing the trees from our Festive Forest stamp set in white over red cardstock! She added in the "Thank you" from our Vegetable Garden stamp set and a just a little pop of teal!

This sweet fireplace scene by Larissa uses red and green on the rug and fireplace swag while keeping a white card base. Then she added some teal in the background to help this lovely scene op off the card! This sweet image is from our Fireside Friends stamp set.  

Jess created a flurry of snowflakes from our Beautiful Blizzard stamp set using the chosen color combo! I love how pretty this looks! She added an extra pop of teal up the sides too! 

This gorgeous wreath shaker card by Naki uses the color combo in the form of sequins inside the shaker! She also used the red and green on the wreath which was made with our Pines & Holly Die Set, and added an extra pop of teal with a teal tag using our new Joyful Tags stamp set! Such a fun card! 

This cute forest scene by Danielle features our cute kitty in a sweater from the Sweater Weather Stamp set! She used the green, red, and teal on the sweater, leaving the kitty white! So cute! 

This card by Stephanie features our adorable doxie from the Holiday Hounds stamp set twisted up in some holiday lights! She kept her color palette focused on the red green and white with just little teal accents!

Here is another lovely snowflake card using the color combo with  Beautiful Blizzard stamp set. Crafty Math-Chick created this one, using white for the base and added the snowflakes in the other colors of the challenge! I love the simplicity of this with the added sequins for a bit of bling! 

Here's one created by me! I used Winston dressed in his sweater from the new Sweater Weather stamp set and colored his sweater using the color combo! The colors really pop off the white card base!
