Inky Paws Challenge #209 Reminder

Don't forget -
There's still time to play along with our

latest Inky Paws Challenge!

Have you had a chance to make a card for our latest Inky Paws Challenge

Here's a refresher.

Use the challenge colors- Rusty OrangeHoney YellowCornflower Blue, and Caramel Brown-with your NND products

Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge!

I love books by Amy features All Booked Up, Newton's Book Club, Petite Paw Prints, and Slimeline Frames & Portholes by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #bookcards, #cardmaking, #cardchallenge
Amy Tollner found a great way to make a non-seasonal card using the challenge colors. She makes this mini-slimline card by trimming down the scalloped frame created using the Slimline Frames & Portholes die set. She adds little paw prints using the Petite Paw Prints stencil. She then adds the tall stack of books with one tired feline. This set is the All Booked Up stamp and coordinating die set. At last, she die cuts the sentiment from the Newton's Book Club die set. Add a gift card to a book store, and you have the perfect present for your favorite bibliophile!

On Break. Will be back soon.
Claire Lamb

Crystal Minkler creates a darling peek-a-boo autumn card. She showcases two papers from the Autumn paper pad and uses the Land Borders die set to create the wavy edges. She then uses dies from the Circle Frames die set to create the kraft frame. The fun part is how she adds the mug of chocolaty bliss on the inside of the card! That cute mug is part of the Cup of Cocoa stamp set. What a perfect way to enjoy a cold, chilly autumn day!

Danni Bindel adds a trio of blue baskets from the Fall Harvest stamp and coordinating die set on a slimline card base that uses the Slimline Frames & Windows die set for the trio of windows. Behind her autumn baskets is the yellow polka dotted paper from the Autumn paper pad. Don't those sweet kitties look darling among all those pumpkins?

Debbie Owens uses lots of dies sets to create her autumn card. She uses a combination of dies from the Frames & Flags and the Framework die sets to create her scallop-edged layers. She adds a bit of patterned paper from the Autumn paper pad and adds a bunch of autumn leaves using the Autumn Leaves die set. She adds a stamped sentiment from the Autumn Newton stamp set on a blue banner. A great way to maximize all those die sets!

Amy Tollner designs a perfect autumn card with all those colorful leaves falling in her background. She used the Falling Leaves stencil and the Frames & Flags die set for her gorgeous background. She then adds the darling Newton peeking behind his blue milk can. This image is from the Paw-tumn Newton Stamp and coordinating die set. Fabulously done!

On a short break.  Will be back soon.

Happy pumpkin spice season by Crystal features Pumpkin Latte, Autumn, Framework, and Land Borders; #inkypaws, #cardmaking, #cardchallenge, #newtonsnook, #coffeelovers, #coffeecards, #cardmaking, #cardchallenge
Crystal Minkler uses the challenge colors for an autumn card with a splash of pumpkin-spiced coffee. For her background, she combines papers from the Autumn paper pad and uses several dies from the Framework die set and the Land Borders die set. Her star attraction is the lady from the Pumpkin Latte stamp and coordinating die set. I just love her blue jacket with all the autumn colors!

Danni's fall card features Autumn, Fall Friends, Frames & Flags, and Frames Squared by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #autumncards, #fallcards, #cardmaking, #cardchallenge
Danni Bindel was also inspired to use the Autumn paper pad for her background of leaves. She uses the Frames & Flags die set and the Frames Squared die set to create her different layers. She is featuring the Fall Friends stamp and coordinating die set. Those sweet fur babies look like they are enjoying a nice nap! Nicely done, Ms. Danni!

Be thankful by Debbie features Serene Stripes, Framework, Frames & Flags, Paw-tumn Newton, and Autumn Newton by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #fallcards, #newtonsnook, #autumncards, #cardchallenge, #catcards
Like Amy, Debbie Owens was inspired to showcase the Paw-tumn Newton stamp set. She opted to use the Serene Stripes stencil to create her background which she cut using the scallop-edged frame from the Framework die set. She pulls a thankful sentiment from the Autumn Newton stamp set stamped on a banner (Frames & Flags die set). Isn't it fun to see the same image interpreted differently using the same colors? So fun!
