Debbie Owens' card looks like a box full of chocolates!  Her glittery coppery background die cut using the Frames & Flags die set showcases the newly released Heartfelt Love stamp set die cut using the scallop-edged die from the Heart Frames die set. She shades the little hearts in shades of browns and caramels.  She adds a bit of Glossy Accents to add some shine to the chocolates. She adds a light tan crimped strip with a brown ribbon and bow. For her little sash across the heart, she combines sentiments from the Heartfelt Love and the Love & Chocolate stamp sets.  Delicious!
