Inky Paws Challenge #255 Week 1

We have a great sketch to get your creative juices flowing!

Have fun using the Challenge Sketch!

You have until Friday, August 28, 2026 (Midnight, CST) to play along. Each DT member will pick a favorite project to showcase, AND one RANDOM entry will win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Design online shop!  The winners will be announced on the NND blog the following Monday.  Make sure you check the challenge rules page before you link up your project. 

Here's some inspiration:  This sketch features a fun angled layout! Try using this sketch with our Card Layout 7 Die or cut the angles with a scissor or trimmer. Put a different image in each section or keep it simple with patterned papers and sentiments. All themes are welcome as long as the sketch is used.

Looks like DanniBindel is ready for happy hour! She creates her design using the Card Layout 4 die with each panel using a color of the challenge. She places a delicious cocktail in each panel using the Cocktail Mixer stamp and coordinating die set. She uses the Circle Frames die set to create a circle for her sentiment. Debbie Owens is using the colors for a fun birthday card. She uses the Cloudy Sky  stencil to create her blue sky. And flying in those clouds are two critters in a balloon bouquet. Those little critters are from the Sky High Celebrations stamp set. To finish off her card, Deb using dies from the Basic Frames and the Bookmark die set along with a sentiment from the  Birthday Oval. Hope those guys hang on tightly!
