Inky Paws Challenge #253 Week 4

There's one more week to

celebrate friends!

Kelly's friendship card features Basic Frames, Happy 4th, Stars & Stripes, Circle Frames, and Puppy's Bubble Tea by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #cardmakingideas, #cardchallenges, #nndstamps, #nndpapers, #puppycards, #dogcards, #patrioticcards, #friendshipcards, #4thofjulycard

Kelly Santi's friendship card has a fun patriotic feel! She uses an assortment of papers from the Stars & Stripes paper pack. She then showcases the sweet puppy from the Puppy's Bubble Tea stamps and coordinating die set. To create her design, Kelly uses the Basic Frames die set to create the stitched panel for her sentiment from the Happy 4th clear stamp set. She also uses the Circle Frames die set for her vellum panel. So bright and festive!

Amy's friendship card features Coffee Delights, Heartfelt Coffee, Banner Trio, Coffee House Stories, and Card Layout 7 by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #cardmakingideas, #cardchallenges, #nndstamps, #nndpapers, #catcards, #coffeelovers, #friendshipcards

Amy Tollner is sending some coffee happiness to her friend. She showcases the Coffee Delights stamp and coordinating die set with papers from the Coffee House Stories paper pad. She pulls a sentiment from the Heartfelt Coffee stamp set and stamps it on a banner using the Banner Trio die set. She opts for the Card Layout 7 die for her great card design. All those kitties in mugs makes one smile!

Claire Lamb is sending her friend a delightful beach card featuring Newton's Sand Dollar stamp and coordinating die set. Claire creates her beach scene using the Hills & Grass, Sunscape, and Waves & Splashes stencil. Looks like a wonderful beach to spend time with a friend!

Danni Bindel is sending a delicious slice of pizza to her friend! She is showcasing the Newton Loves Pizza stamp and coordinating die set with papers from the Black & White Basics paper pad. She used the Frames & Tags die for her layout design. A super cute card to share with a friend!

Debbie Owens feline-filled friendship card features the delightful Heartfelt Meows stamp set die cut using the Heart Frames die set. She pulls 6 coordinating papers from the New Retro paper pack and uses the Card Layout 5 die to create her colorful backdrop. So much furry cuteness!

Amy Tollner designs a sweet sympathy card for a loss of a pet. She uses the Petite Paw Prints stencil to make her rainbow of paw prints. She uses the scallop-edge die from the Frames & Flags die set. She stamps the sentiment from the Furr-ever Friends stamp set on a vellum circle (Circle Frames die set). Her final touch is the little silhouette Scottie from the Dog Silhouette die set.

Claire Lamb makes a striking caffeinated card using mugs from the Love Cafe stamps & coordinating die set and the Newton's Mug stamp and coordinating die set. The way she incorporates the colors on the cups with the table is brilliantly done!

Crystal Minkler creates colorful clouds using the Clouds stencil which are just perfect for the calico kitty to float through. This darling feline is from the Newton's Umbrella stamp and coordinating set. She adds the uplifting sentiment on a stitched circle (Circle Frames die set). She uses a die from the A7 Frames & Banners die set to create her scallop-edging.

Debbie Owens card showcases the feline from the Newton's Crafty Cardio stamp set. For her rainbow backdrop, she uses the Quatrefoil stencil and die cuts it with the scallop-edge die from the Frames & Flags die set. She die cuts her sentiment using letters from the Essential Alphabet die set. Deb uses a black card base and black layers to make the colors really pop. The layer behind the kitty was made using the fancy square die from the Frames Squared die set.

Diane Morales creates a super cute heart-shaped card using the Heart Frames die set. She adds the playful feline image from the Heartfelt Meows stamp set. Look closely at all the little toys in shades of the rainbow! Darling!

Inky Paws Challenge #189 Reminder

Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge!

Amy Tollner designs a bright and cheerful card perfect for the happily, married couple! Her card combines papers from the Love & Meows paper pad as well as dies from the Heart Frames and the Frames & Flags die sets. Her star attraction is that darling teal card from the Destination Love stamp and die set with the happy couple inside!

Claire Lamb uses the squiggly paper from the A Cat's Life paper pad to set the scene for her playful card. Pulling the chartreuse color from the paper, Claire makes her heart (Heart Frames die set) and mini banners (A7 Frames & Banners die set). Her main attraction are all those playful kittens from the Heartfelt Meows stamp set. Don't you want to take them all home?

Debbie Owens uses the kitty with his tower cake as her "heart" element of the sketch. This cute kitty is from the Newton Loves Cake stamp set. She continues with papers from the Birthday Party paper pad and uses the Frames & Flags die set to make the scallop-edges to all her layers. For her sentiment, she stamps it on a speech bubble using the Speech Bubbles die set. Happy birthday, indeed!

Diane Morales uses the A Cat's Life paper pad to create an adorable Valentine's card! She pulls the lovely feline couple from the Newton's Sweetheart stamp and die set and places them on the teal heart( Heart Frames die set). Don't you love the little heart next to the sentiment?

Amy Tollner combines the pink striped paper from the Summertime paper pad with the ever fla-mazing image from the Flamingo Oval stamp set. Both were die cut using dies from the Oval Frames die set. For even more interest, she die cuts a flower and leaf from the Slimline Frames & Portholes die set. Love it!

Eek! I missed your birthday by Claire features Birthday Mice, Bokeh Balloons, and Banner Trio by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #micecards, #birthdaycards, #newtonsnook

Claire Lamb is showcasing products from NND's 9th birthday release. Using the Bokeh Balloons stencil set, Claire fills the top of her card with pink balloons as well as a layer of shimmery ones! Nice! She adds the celebrating mice from the Birthday Mice stamps and die set. Don't you love how she adds the glow of the candles on the their heads? Her final touch is embossing the sentiment on a black banner using a die from the Banner Trio die set.

Debbie Owens uses the challenge colors to create a feel-good card! She begins with a polka dotted embossed background with green polka dotted paper (A Cat's Life paper pad) added at two corners. She adds the heart of cute kittens from the Heartfelt Meows stamp set with layers die cut using the Heart Frames die set. Her sentiment was added to the rounded-corner banner from the Banner Trio die set. How could this not send Paw-sitive vibes to the recipient?

Diane Morales was also inspired to use the Flamingo Oval stamp set with the challenge colors. She adds a gray background using papers from the Love & Meows paper pad. Instead of an A2 rectangular card, Diane opts to use the Oval Frames die set to create an oval card. Love it!

You make the world a nicer place by Sue features Cuppa Cactus and Retro & Palms by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #coffeecards, #coffeelovers, #cardmaking

Sue T.'s card is going to be a fave for all those coffee lovers out there! She begins by creatively using the Retro Sun & Palms stencil set to create the background. She then adds a trio of coffee mugs filled with the cutest cacti using the Cuppa Cactus stamp and die set. Don't you love the geometric patterns on this card? Fabulously done, Sue!
