Inky Paws Challenge #254 Week 2

Happy July!

We have more beachy colored projects to inspire you!

You have until Friday, July 31, 2026 (Midnight, CST) to play along. Each DT member will pick a favorite project to showcase, AND one RANDOM entry will win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Design online shop! Claire Lamb creates a wonderful beach scene just right for our beachgoer from the Summer Moments stamp and coordinating die set. She uses the Framework die set to create the postage edging. The blue and white striped paper from the Stars & Stripes paper pack adds a nice watery feel to her beautiful card.

Looks like DanniBindel is ready for happy hour! She creates her design using the Card Layout 4 die with each panel using a color of the challenge. She places a delicious cocktail in each panel using the Cocktail Mixer stamp and coordinating die set. She uses the Circle Frames die set to create a circle for her sentiment. Is it time to partake?!

Debbie Owens is using the colors for a fun birthday card. She uses the Cloudy Sky stencil to create her blue sky. And flying in those clouds are two critters in a balloon bouquet. Those little critters are from the Sky High Celebrations stamp set. To finish off her card, Deb using dies from the Basic Frames and the Bookmark die set along with a sentiment from the Birthday Oval. Hope those guys hang on tightly!

Love the brilliant colors!

Amy Tollner creates a fabulous celebratory card featuring our very happy feline from the Newton Celebrates stamp and coordinating die set. To create her card she uses the Card Layout 4 die with orange sparkly paper from the Cheerful Brights Glitter Cardstock Assortment for her layout design. She the used the Confetti stencil with the challenge colors to make the panels. Her last touch was to stamp the sentiment on a banner using the Banner Trio die set. Fabulous way to kick off this month's color challenge!

Hope our beloved Newton is careful with those sparklers!

Danni Bindel uses the new colors to create a sweet scene for her napping fur baby. Using papers from the Summertime paper pad with dies from the Framework die set, Danni designs her layout for the sweet kitty from the Aloha Newton stamp and coordinating die set. She stamps her sentiment on a cloud using the Sky Scene Builder die set. Pleasant dreams, Newton!

Looks like happy meowr has already started here!

Debbie Owens couldn't decide whether to make a feline or a canine card, so she made one of each. For her feline birthday card, she uses the music-lovin' Newton from the Newton's Mix Tape stamp set. She adds more musical touches using the Music Notes stencil to create her backdrop. She creates a banner using the yellow-striped paper from the Pastel Basics paper pad. Her finishing touches include a margarita from the Cocktail Mixer stamp set and a birthday hat from the Newton's Bright Birthday stamp.
