Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge! 

Debbie Owens creates this darling puppy card. She pairs the speech paper from the A Dog's Life paper pad with the sentiment from the  Puppy Friends stamp set on a black speech bubble (Speech Bubbles die set). She adds the little puppy from the newly released Puppy's Reading List stamp set.  The little cup of coffee (Time for Coffee stamp set) is a fabulous touch!

Amy Tollner creates this lovely pastel holiday card using papers from the Love & Woofs paper pad.  Her present-laden lady from the Christmas Haul stamp and coordinating die set is definitely ready for the season.  For her sentiment, she adds a gray, stitched oval using the Oval Frames die set. 

Claire Lamb's card reflects the joy of a snowy holiday season. Heading home with their sled are the children from the Holiday Home stamp set. Love the path Claire made!  To complete her card, Claire uses the circle die (Frames Squared die set) with a sentiment from the Bells & Holly stamp set and the Petite Snow Stencil for the snow on her card base.  

Crystal Minkler's cozy setting is full of delightful elements. She pulls papers from the Meowy Christmas paper pad. Just love the teal striped paper for the wall!  She adds the image from the Fireside Friends stamp set. She adds the sentiment on a stitched oval using the Oval Frames die set. For her scallop-eding on the pawprint paper, Crystal pulled a die from the Frames & Flags die set. So cute!

Danni Bindel showcases the cat-feinated kitty from the Newton Loves Coffee stamp set and coordinating die set. He is looking so cute on the mug papers from the Coffee House Stories paper pad. She uses the Framework die set for her layers as well as the Oval Frames die set for her sentiment!

This challenge is a

Color Challenge.

Use the colors--Coral, Wine Red, Denim Blue, and Caramel Brown.

Are you ready to get your paws inky with us and play along to win a prize? We will chose a RANDOM entry to win a $20 store credit to our Newton's Nook Design online shop! We will also highlight our favorites from each challenge the following Monday so all entries have a chance to be featured on this blog! 

You have TWO WEEKS to play along - Deadline to enter is Friday, November 4, 2022 at Midnight CST. The winners will be announced on the NND blog the following Monday.

Claire Lamb uses the challenge colors to create this beautiful winter scene!  She creates lots of snow  using the Land Borders die set. Don't you love the oval cut out (Oval Frames die set) and how Claire pop ups the card?  Walking through this beautiful landscape, are two children from the Holiday Home Stamps and Coordinating die set heading home with their gorgeous tree.  Claire stamps the sentiment (Heartfelt Holidays stamp set) on a banner cut using the Banner Trio die set. 

Debbie Owens uses the challenge colors for this playful living room scene! Look at those playful kitties climbing the coral-colored tree!  These little guys are from the newly released Holiday Heights stamp set. She pairs them up with another mischievous kitten from the Purr-fect Present stamp set peeking out from a wrapped box.  To complete her living room scene, Deb adds a stocking from the Holiday Stockings stamp and Stylish Stockings die set. Her sentiment is hung like a picture frame!  So fun!

Diane Morales showcases the newly released Christmas Tree Line stencil.  Look how beautiful those trees are in the challenge colors! {sigh}  She creates her card using the A7 Frames & Banner die set. She adds the sentiment from the Snowflake Oval sentiment on a circle cut using the Circle Frames die set.  Gorgeous!

Amy Tollner uses the challenge colors on this sweet card featuring a fawn from the Festive Fawns stamp and die set.  Those packages might be too pretty to open!  She sets her fawn on a vellum circle cut using the Circle Frames die set.  For her background, Amy uses the Reindeer stencil cut using the scallop-edged frame from the Frames & Flags die set. Cute!

Our Inky Paws Challenge Inspiration team has chosen a few of their favorite challenge entries from this challenge! If you see your card below, contact us if you'd like to get a "favorite" badge for your blog!

Claire's FAVE

Donna H. elected to use the Porch Swing Friends stamp and coordinating die set for her amazing card.  Her beautiful coloring and white space on the image really catches one's eye.  Paired with the rustic wood grain paper and trio of brads, her card delights with its country charm.  To make it a thank you card, she pulls a sentiment from the Peony Blooms  retired stamp set.

Debbie's FAVE

Irene's card will have you reaching for your baking tools to whip up some holiday treats!  Using the Made from Scratch stamp and coordinating die set, she uses the rolling pins for the sketch's horizontal stripe.  Having the other utensils around the oval edge draws the eye to the sentiment.  She also created a sweet matching tag using the Fancy Edges Tag die set and the Holiday Home stamp set.  

Diane's FAVE

Jenny's use of bold, bright colors makes her card so cheerful and perfect to celebrate a birthday! She uses the Oval Frames die set to create her scalloped oval frame using paper from the Birthday Party paper pad. She uses another fun paper from the same pad for her horizontal stripe.  She wonderfully colors the birthday elements from the Birthday Oval stamp set in those bright, cheerful colors!

Sue's FAVE

Amy Tsuruta's clean, crisp card with its subtle coloring makes for such a fresh, beautiful card. She creates the white postage-edged frame using the Framework die set and attaches to a white card base.  She continues with the white on white with her use of the white ribbon.  On her oval, she creates a light blue background using the Houndstooth stencil. She lightly shades the sprig of sunflowers from the Sunflower Days stamp and die set. Her white on black sentiment makes for a nice pop of contrast.

Dayna had the brilliant idea of making our taco-lovin' Newton from the Newton Loves Tacos stamp and die set into a spinning element!  How fun and clever!  Her choice of paper with its Mexican textile-like patterns works amazingly well with this Newton image.  Fantástico!

Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge! 

Diane Morales reminds us the importance of reflecting on the good things in life while enjoying a cup of coffee. Using the coffee bean paper from the newly released Coffee House Stories paper pad, she creates her trio of rectangles. She then adds a coffee craft and orange mug from the newly released Time for Coffee stamp and die set. She frames them using the scallop-edged die from the Framework die set. Now sit back and enjoy.

Sue T.'s holiday floral display looks beautiful atop the papers from the Meowy Christmas paper pad. These beautiful flowers are from the Poinsettia Blooms stamp and die set. A beautiful and elegant way to send Season's Greetings!

Amy Tollner creates a peaceful, wintry scene using the Serene Silhouettes stamp and die set. Her twilight is filled with a flurry of snowflakes created using the Petite Snow stencil. Her sparkly, silver rectangles give her card a a shimmery touch. 

Claire Lamb showcases the reindeer image from the Reindeer Roll Call stamp by stamping a reindeer border around the sentiment pulled from the Holiday Home stamp set. Her brown snowflakes in the background look fabulous with the red and Kraft palette. A country feel with a touch of elegance!

 Debbie Owens showcases the newly released Newton from the Snow Angel Newton stamp set. Looks like Newton is have snow much fun as he makes snow angels on the snowflake embossed background and shimmering silver panels.  Deb pulls the sentiment from the Moose Mountain stamp set and embosses it on vellum with a shiny frame die cut using the scallop-edged die from the Framework die set. Enjoy, Newton!

 Debbie Owens makes a trio of holiday tags using papers from the Meowy Christmas pad. She uses the Fancy Edges Tag die set for her Kraft tag bases. Then she then adds a Santa Claus image and sentiment using the Dear Santa stamp set. She adds jute and twine bows to finish each tag.  Tags are an excellent way to use up your scraps of pattern paper!  (Visit Deb's blog for more tags!)

Diane Morales pulls out the Meowy Christmas pad and finds the red-on-red gingham design that works wonderfully with her farm critters from the Dairy Christmas stamp and die set. She a banner using a die from the Frames & Flags die set which she trims down a bit.  Super cute!

 

Sue T. also pulls out the newly released Meowy Christmas pad.  She paper pieces her stocking with the argyle design.  That sweet stocking stuffed with Newton is from Newton's Stocking stamp and die set. She stamps her sentiment on a speech bubble from the Speech Bubbles die set. The added stripes of holiday fun gives her card extra holiday fun!

Amy Tollner is also drawn to the red-on-red gingham from the Meowy Christmas pad.  She takes an elegant approach using the image from the Heartfelt Holidays stamp set and cut out using the Heart Frames die set . She adds pine boughs and holly leaves using the Pines & Holly die set. She adds her white heat-embossed sentiment on a green banner die cut using the Banner Trio die set. 

Claire Lamb creates her background using the Land Borders die set. She then adds those precious children heading towards home with their holiday tree. This image as well as the house in the background is from the Holiday Home stamp and die set.  The sentiment is just perfect for this serene card!
