Inky Paws Challenge #7 - Go Green!

Happy Friday and the the first day of #07 Inky Paws Challenge!  This month's challenge is Go Green!

With upcoming spring weather (I hope) and St. Patricks day just around the corner I thought this green ombre cake image would be fun inspiration! You can use any shade of green on your card (other colors are ok as long as Green is the primary color) and any Newton's Nook Designs Stamps! 

Are you ready to get your paws inky with us and play along to win a prize? The Challenge winner will receive a $10 store credit to our online store and a Inky Paws Challenge Top Pick Badge to add to your blog! If we get more than 15 participants, we will choose two winners so be sure to tell your friends to play along! 
You have two weeks to play along. Deadline to enter is Friday,  March 14th, 2014 at Midnight CST. The winner will be announced on the NND blog on Monday, March 17th.

This fun card is by Design Team Member Christine Drogt. Christine used the bear from our Halloween set, Boo Crew and made it into a get well card! Such a fun idea!

Inky Paws Challenge #6 Winners!

Inky Paws #06 Challenge - WINNERS! 

We had so much fun checking out all the entries for our sixth Inky Paws Challenge at here at the Newton's Nook Designs blog! This time we switched things up and did a COLOR challenge - and all our participants really did a great job with it! As always- it's hard to pick a winner! Thanks to everyone who played along! Our second winner is Jess with this fun card featuring the bear from our Campfire Tails set!  We loved the bright colored sky and scene that she created! So pretty!  Jess actually made another card with a night scene too- We thought this card fit the color challenge better but loved both. What a cute scene with Newton created by Danielle Pandeline! She used 3 different sets - the Kitty from Newton's Holiday Mischief, the squirrel from Sweetheart Tails and the "hello" sentiment from Winged Wishes! So fun!  Love the polka dots on his belly!'



And a card from me :) I used the snuggling kitties from the  Newton's Antics stamp set and watercolored them to bring in the yellow. Then I used patterned papers and a green card base to bring in the other colors!

Inky Paws #5 Challenge Winners!

She added a santa hat on the dinosaur and a bow on the palm tree - and look, the dino is on his way to adding on a christmas light! Such a cute idea!

Inky Paws Challenge #4 Winners!

Today is Winner Day! 

We had so much fun checking out all the entries for our Fourth Inky Paws Challenge at here at the Newton's Nook Designs blog. I have to say, this was a tough one. We had so many entries this time! I want all of you who entered to know I get excited every time I receive an e-mail that someone has uploaded a new entry! Even if I'm not at home to check it out and comment right away, it always makes me happy to know someone is creating with our stamps!

Since we had over 15 participants we got to pick TWO winners - it was very hard to choose between all the amazing entries but here's what we decided! 

This card by Indy is our first winner this month! She really made that sketch look amazing! Indy submitted a couple of cards but what stood out on this card was was how she created a cute little scene in the circle using Newton's Holiday Mischief! The sparkly tree is so pretty & we loved her color palette of blue and silver!

Our second winner is Larissa Heskett with this fun wagon card.  We loved how she combined the Wagon of Wishes set with the words from the Holiday Wishes set.  Plus, it's so cute how she added sparkle to those gifts in the wagon and switched up the wagon handle so it's sitting up instead of lying down!
