There's still time to play along with our

latest Inky Paws Challenge!

Have you had a chance to make a card for our latest Inky Paws Challenge

Here'a a refresher.

Create a project using this fabulous sketch!

Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge!

Have a blast by Sue features Newton's 4th of July, Fireworks, and Fancy Edges Tag by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #4thofjulycards, #cardmaking, #catcards
Sue T. showcases the Newton's 4th of July stamp and coordinating die set in a fun, unique way.  She uses this set as a way to celebrate someone's birthday. Using pastel colors and the Fireworks stencil, Sue creates a soft, festive background in pinks, oranges, and green.  She continues those colors on Newton with his sparklers!  So cute!  She uses the Frames & Flags die set for her embossed background and the Fancy Edges Tag die set for her banner!  Thanks, Sue for showing how to stretch our stamps!

Sun's out, buns out by Amy features Circle Frames, Frames Squared, Frames & Flags, Hardwood, Gingham, BBQ Roundabout, Buns Out by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #cardmaking, #newtonsnook, #summercards
Amy Tollner's card will have you planning your next BBQ!  She creates a picnic table background using the Hardwood stencil. She then mimics a table cloth using the Gingham stencil and die cutting with the smaller square die from Frames Squared die set.  She stamps the image from the BBQ Roundabout stamp set on red and die cuts the "plate" using the scallop-edged circle from the Circle Frames die set.  He star of the picnic is the scrumptious hamburger from the Buns Out stamp and coordinating die set. Doesn't he look stunning in his shades?  Using the banner die from the Frames & Flags die set, Amy creates her banner and stamps the sentiment.  A perfect picnic!

Witch way to the candy by Claire features Hoppy Halloween by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #halloweencards
Claire Lamb packs her Halloween card with tons of fun using only one stamp set!
Using the Hoppy Halloween stamp set, Claire stamps the little candy images repeatedly on her base.  This is a fabulous way to utilize those small images and make your own pattern paper!  She then stamps one of the sweet bunny images from same stamp set and cuts with the coordinating die.  Don't you love the way she colored her bunny!  To finish, she white embosses the sentiment on her black banner!

Shell-ebrate by Debbie features Newton's Seashell, Seashell Roundabout, Circle Frames, Frames Squared, and Frames & Flags by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #cardmaking, #catcards, #summercards
Debbie Owens takes us to the beach filled with seashells!  She begins by using the Seashells stencil. She adds her next layers using dies from the Frames Squared die set and the Frames & Flags die set.  For more beach fun, she stamps the image from the Seashell Roundabout stamp set and die cut using the scallop-edged die from the Circle Frames die set.  Enjoying all the seashells is Newton from the Newton's Seashell stamp.  She adds an extra banner with the sentiment.  Deb's color palette is beautiful and gives her card a very beachy feel!

Sun's out, buns out by Diane features Sky Scene Builder, Buns Out, Frames Squared, Frames & Flags, and Waves by Newton's Nook Designs; #inkypaws, #newtonsnook, #summercards, #cardmaking
Diane Morales' card is sure to brighten your day with a smile and a giggle!  Her square card base uses the large die from the Frames Squared die set. On her base, she adds bright blue waves using the Wave stencil. She adds her vertical banner using a die from the Frames & Flags die set.  For her center elements, Diane pulls out the Sky Scene Builder die set to add the sun and clouds.  She pulls it altogether with the hamburger image from the Buns Out stamp and coordinating die set. So much cuteness!
